Setup Dialogpay Profile
Setting up your profile is the first step to personalizing your account and ensuring a smooth user experience. By completing your profile, you enhance your account’s security and functionality, making it easier to communicate and manage your account. Follow the instructions below to fill out each section of the profile setup form effectively.
Profile Setup Instructions
Step 1: Login to Dialogpay
First, log in to your Dialogpay account.
Step 2: Access Profile Settings
Click on the side menu and select Profile from the options.
Step 3: Add Profile Information
Fill in your personal or business profile information as required.

Profile Picture: Click on the picture to upload or change your profile picture. The image should be square (500x500).

Full Name: Type your full name as it appears in your official documents.

WhatsApp Number: Input your WhatsApp number starting with the country code (e.g., +92 for Pakistan).

Verification Status: This is an automatic field that updates once your number is successfully verified. No input is needed.

Email: Enter your valid email address. Ensure it's active and can receive messages.

Send Email Verification Code: After entering your email address a pop up appears click on the send code button to receive verification code for email verification.

Email Verification Status: This field is automatically updated upon verification.

CNIC: Enter your valid CNIC number without any dashes or spaces (e.g., 1234567890123).

Passport: If applicable, enter your passport number exactly as shown on your official document.

Date of Birth: Select your date of birth from the calendar or manually type it in (format: DD/MM/YYYY).

Gender: Choose from the available options (Male, Female, Other).
After adding all required information. Click save button to save the information.
