How to Add Branches in Dialogpay
Adding branches is essential for businesses operating in multiple locations. Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Access Branch Management
- Log in to your Dashboard: Start by logging into your Dialogpay account.
- Open the Side Menu: Click on the side menu and navigate to the Business dropdown.
- Select Branches: Click on Branches from the dropdown options.
Step 2: Add a New Branch
Click the Add Branches Button: Locate and click on the Add Branches button.
Enter Branch Details:

Location: A field to search and select a specific place, with an option to pin the location by enabling location services.

Branch Name: The name of the business branch being added.

Street Address: The physical address of the branch location.

Postal Code: The postal code for the branch location.

Area: Specific area or locality of the branch.

Country: The country where the branch is located.

State: The state or province where the branch is located.

City: The city where the branch is located.

WhatsApp Number: The WhatsApp contact number with country code.

Email: The email address for the branch contact.
Step 3: Save New Branch
After filling out all required details, click Save to finalize the addition of the branch.
