How to Delete Data in Dialogpay

Delete Channels

Here are details which you can use to delete connected channels from Dialogpay.

Delete WhatsApp Channel

Step 1: Navigate to Channels

Go to Dialogpay dashboard and click on the manage channels the click on the WhatsApp. 

Login > Dashboard> WhatsApp Channel

Step 2: Delete WhatsApp Channel  

In WhatsApp channel settings click on the Delete button to delete channel. After clicking delete button a pop up appears to confirm delete. Once you confirm channel will automatically delete.

Delete Facebook Channel

Step 1: Navigate to Channels

Go to Dialogpay dashboard and click on the manage channels the click on the Facebook.  

Login > Dashboard> Facebook Channel

Step 2: Delete Facebook Channel

In Facebook channel settings click on the Delete button to delete channel. After clicking delete button a pop up appears to confirm delete. Once you confirm channel will automatically delete.

Delete Instagram

Step 1: Navigate to Channels

Go to Dialogpay dashboard and click on the manage channels the click on the Instagram. 

Login > Dashboard> Instagram Channel

Step 2: Delete Instagram Channel

In Instagram channel settings click on the Delete button to delete channel. After clicking delete button a pop up appears to confirm delete. Once you confirm channel will automatically delete.

Delete Website Live Chat

Step 1: Navigate to Channels

Go to Dialogpay dashboard and click on the manage channels the click on the Website Live Chat. 

Login > Dashboard> Website Live Chat Channel

Step 2: Delete Live Chat Channel

In Website Live Chat channel settings click on the Delete button to delete channel. After clicking delete button a pop up appears to confirm delete. Once you confirm channel will automatically delete.

Delete Team Member

Step 1: Navigate to Team Members

To delete a team member, go to dashboard click on the team member. 

Login > Dashboard > Team Member

Step 2: Select Team Member

Now click on the team member you want to delete. 

Team Member > Select Team Member

Step 3: Delete Team Member

Now click on the delete icon to delete the team member. After clicking delete icon a pop up appears to confirm delete. Once you confirm team member will automatically delete.

Delete Role

Step 1: Navigate to Roles

To delete role, go to dashboard click on the role. 

Login > Dashboard > Roles

Step 2: Select Role

Now click on the role you want to delete. 

Roles > Select Role

Step 3: Delete Role

Click on the delete icon to delete the role. After clicking delete icon a pop up appears to confirm delete. Once you confirm role will automatically delete. Here businesses can delete role with all users and delete role alone and transfer users to other exiting roles.

Delete Department

Step 1: Navigate to Departments

To delete department, go to dashboard click on the department.

Login > Dashboard > Departments

Step 2: Select Department

Now click on the department you want to delete. 

Departments > Select Department

Step 3: Delete Department

Click on the delete icon to delete the department. After clicking delete icon a pop up appears to confirm delete. Once you confirm department will automatically delete. Here businesses can delete department with all users and delete department alone and transfer users to other exiting department.

Delete Branch

Step 1: Navigate to Branches

To delete branch, go to dashboard click on the side. Now click on the business tab then click on the branches in the down drop.

Login > Dashboard > Side Menu > Business > Branches

Step 2: Select Branch

Click on the branch you want to delete.

Step 3: Delete Branch

Click on the delete icon to delete the branch. After clicking delete icon a pop up appears to confirm delete. Once you confirm branch will automatically delete. 

Select Branch > Delete Department

Delete Contact

Step 1: Navigate to Contacts

To delete Contact, go to dashboard click on the Contacts. 

Login > Dashboard > Contacts

Step 2: Select Contact

Now click on the contact you want to delete.

Contacts > Select Contact

Step 3: Delete Contact

Click on the delete icon to delete the contact. After clicking delete icon a pop up appear to confirm delete. Once you confirm contact will automatically delete.
