How to Reset Your DialogPay Password

Forgot your DialogPay password? Don’t worry! It has happened to us all. To reset it is easy and will get you back into your account in a few minutes at most. Simply click through these simple steps, and you’ll be fine with a new password.

Whether you’re managing automated campaigns via WhatsApp Business automation or working with a WhatsApp chatbot, quick account access is essential. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Navigate to the DialogPay’s Login page.

Step 2: Select Your Country

Select your country from the dropdown list.

Step 3: WhatsApp Number

Enter your registered WhatsApp number and click “Let’s Go.”

This is the same number you use for whatsapp api integration or when running a chatbot for businesses in GCC.

Step 4: Forgot Password?

On the next screen, you will see “Forgot Password?” Click on it.

Step 5: Verification Code

A 4-digit verification code will be provided to your registered WhatsApp number.

This code is unique, so do not share it with anyone!

Step 6: Enter the Code

Type in the 4-digit verification code on the following screen.

Step 7: New Password

Now, establish a new, secure password. Remember, it must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • One uppercase letter
  • One lowercase letter
  • A number
  • A special character (such as !, @, #, etc.)

A strong password is essential, especially if you’re using AI customer support chatbots or accessing your account through an AI chat plugin WordPress site.

Step 8: Update Password

Click on the “Update Password” button.

And that’s all! Your new password is now updated. Easy peasy!

Double-verify that you have correctly typed your WhatsApp number. If that is correct, and after several minutes you still have not received the code, click on the “Resend Code” button.
