Greeting and Away Messages
You can set up Greeting Messages to welcome customers when they first initiate a chat and Away Messages to let them know when your team is unavailable.

You can set up Greeting Messages to welcome customers when they first initiate a chat and Away Messages to let them know when your team is unavailable.
Step 1: Log in to the Dialogpay Dashboard
Log in to your Dialogpay account.
Step 2: Navigate to Chat Settings
From the Side Menu, click on the Management drop-down then select Settings to access chat-related options.
Step 3: Configure Greeting and Away Messages
On the Settings page, look for options to configure Greeting Message and Away Message.
Greeting Message: Customize the message that will be sent automatically when a customer starts a conversation (e.g., “Hi there! How can we assist you today?”).
Away Message: This message is sent during non-business hours or when your chat support is unavailable (e.g., “We are currently offline, but we’ll get back to you during business hours.”).
Step 4: Save Your Settings
After setting up the messages, click Save to apply your custom messages.
