Creating policies in Dialogpay allows you to set guidelines or rules for your business, ensuring consistency and compliance. Here’s how to create a policy in Dialogpay:

Step 1: Log in to the Dialogpay Dashboard
Start by logging into your Dialogpay account using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Policy Section
From the Side Menu, click on the Management drop-down then select Policy to access the policy creation and management section.
Step 3: Create a New Policy
On the Policy page, click the Add Policy button to create a new policy.
Step 4: Input Policy Details

Title: Give your policy a clear and descriptive title (e.g., "Refund Policy," "Privacy Policy").

Content: Write the details of the policy. Ensure it is comprehensive and covers all necessary aspects relevant to your business.
Step 5: Save the Policy
Once you’ve completed the policy, click Save to store it in the system.
Managing Policies
You can view, edit, or delete policies anytime from the Policy Management section.
