FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) can help your customers find quick answers to common queries. Follow these steps to create and manage FAQs in Dialogpay:
Step by Step Guide to Set Up FAQ’S in Dialogpay
Step 1: Log in to the Dialogpay Dashboard
Log in to your Dialogpay account with your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the FAQ Section
From the Side Menu, click on the Management drop-down then select FAQs to access the FAQ management section.
Step 3: Add a New FAQ
On the FAQs page, click the Add FAQ button to create a new FAQ entry.
Step 4: Input FAQ Details

Question: Enter the frequently asked question that customers often have.

Answer: Provide a clear and concise answer to the question.
Step 5: Save the FAQ
Once you’ve entered the necessary information, click Save to add the FAQ to your list.
Managing FAQs:
You can view, edit, or delete FAQs anytime from the FAQ Management section.
