Navigate to Website Chat Settings
Locate Website Chat Button: On the dashboard, find and click on the Website Chat button, which is typically located in the main menu or under the Channels section.
Overview of Settings: This will take you to the settings page specifically for the website chat feature, where you can customize various options.
Add Domain on which you want to add a chat widget.
Select Chat Theme: Choose from the available themes for your chat widget to match your website’s design. Options may include different colors, styles, and layouts.
You can also set a custom theme click on the color and color palette open and you can select your desired color.
You can also add your theme code in the code section.
Choose Icon: Select an appropriate icon for your chat widget. This icon will appear on your website and should be easily recognizable to users.
Custom Chat Widget: If desired, you can upload a custom chat widget design to further personalize the appearance and functionality. Ensure it aligns with your branding for a cohesive look.
Obtain the Code Script
After customizing your chat widget, DialogPay will provide a code script that you need to implement on your website.
Share this script with your web developer, as they will help implement it correctly on your site.
Now click on the save button to add the channel.
