Setting up Tags
Tags in Dialogpay allow you to segment and categorize your contacts for better organization and more targeted communication.
Step-by-Step guide on how to create and manage tags
Step 1: Login to Dialogpay Dashboard
Begin by logging into the Dialogpay dashboard with your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Contact Management

In the sidebar, click on Chat Utilities.

You will be taken to the page where you can view, add, and organize your contacts.
Step 3: Create a New Tag

To create a new tag, look for the Tags option in the contact management section.

Click on Create Tag or Add New Tag button.
Step 4: Assign a Name to Your Tag
Enter the name for the tag that reflects the segmentation you want (e.g., “VIP Clients”, “New Leads”, “High Value”).
Managing Tags
You can edit tag names if needed by navigating to the tag management section.
If you no longer need a tag, you can delete it, but make sure to confirm that this won’t affect important contact segmentation.
