Chat Timing allows you to define the hours during which your chat support is available. This ensures that customers know when to expect responses.
Step by Step Guide to Set Up Chat Timing in Dialogpay
Step 1: Log in to the Dialogpay Dashboard
Log in to your Dialogpay account.
Step 2: Navigate to Chat Settings

From the Side Menu, go to the Management drop-down.

Select Settings under this section.
Step 3: Set Up Chat Timing

Once you’re in the Settings page, locate the option for Chat Timing.

Set your business hours by selecting the days and times your chat is available.
Step 4: Save Settings
After adjusting your chat timing, click Save to apply the changes.
Make sure to adjust the timing during holidays or non-working days so customers are aware when they can expect responses.
