Adding Contacts
In the Dialogpay dashboard, the Contacts allows you to manage, add, import, and organize your business contacts all in one place. This guide will walk you through all the essential features and provide useful tips to make the most out of this feature.
To manage your contacts, go to the Dashboard and click the Contacts tab on the left-side menu. Here, you will find a complete list of all your contacts. The contact list is your central place for viewing, adding, or importing contacts.
Adding New Contacts Manually
Click the Plus (+) button at the top right corner of the page. A form will appear. Enter the necessary details. Once you have filled out the details, click Save to create the new contact.

Name: The full name of the contact (required).

Phone: The phone number of the contact, including country code.

Phone Verify: A verification status for the phone number (Yes/No).

Email: The email address of the contact (required).

Email Verify: A verification status for the email address (Yes/No).

Location: The location details of the contact (optional).

Street Address: The street address of the contact (optional).

Country: The country of the contact (dropdown selection).

State: The state or province of the contact (dropdown selection).

City: The city of the contact (dropdown selection).

Languages: The languages spoken by the contact (dropdown selection).

Tags: Tags associated with the contact (optional, can add tags).
Importing Contacts via CSV File
If you have a list of contacts you want to add in bulk, you can import them using a CSV file. This feature saves time and ensures all data is added consistently.
Here’s how to import contacts:

Click the Import CSV button on the top-right.

You’ll see an upload box where you can drag and drop your CSV file, or you can click to browse and select it.

After uploading the file, you’ll need to map your CSV columns to the corresponding fields in Dialogpay (e.g., “Phone Number” in the CSV maps to “Phone” in Dialogpay).

Once you confirm the mapping, click Upload. Your contacts will be added to the list.

If there are any errors, Dialogpay will show them, allowing you to correct the issue and retry the upload.
Double-check your column mapping to avoid data errors.
