How to Start a Chat in DialogPay
Starting a chat with a customer on DialogPay is straightforward. Here’s how you can do it:
Step 1: Log in to Your DialogPay Account
Log in to your DialogPay account with your credentials.
Step 2: Go to Messages
Navigate to the Messages tab on your dashboard. This is where all active and previous conversations are listed. If this is your first time reaching out to a customer, you’ll need to initiate a new chat.
Step 3: Start a New Chat
To initiate a new conversation, click on the Start New Chat button. If the customer has already reached out to you, you can directly Reply.
How to Close a Chat on DialogPay
Closing a chat properly is important to ensure that no unresolved issues are left hanging. Here’s how to close a conversation once it’s done:
Step 1: Review the Chat
