How to Export Chats
Managing customer conversations is a key aspect of maintaining a smooth communication flow. Whether you’re using DialogPay for customer service, sales, or support, exporting chats can help you keep track of important interactions, analyze customer feedback, or maintain records for compliance. In this guide, we’ll show you how to easily export chats on DialogPay.
Steps to Export Chats on DialogPay
Step 1: Log in to Your DialogPay Account
To begin exporting chats, log in to your DialogPay account using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Messages
Once logged in, go to the messages section from your dashboard. Here, you’ll find a list of all active and past conversations with your customers.
Step 3: Select the Conversation(s) to Export
From the chat list, choose the conversation(s) you wish to export. You can either select Single chat or Group chat. After that select your time zone.
Step 4: Choose Export Format
DialogPay supports various export formats, including: CSV OR TXT
Select the format that best fits your needs.
Step 5: Click the Export Button
Click on the Export button to begin the export process.
Step 6: Download the Exported File
Now click on the side menu under inbox dropdown click on the Export Chats here you can Download the exported chat file. The file will be saved to your device, and you can access it whenever needed.
