Setting Up WhatsApp Messaging Templates in DialogPay
Here is step by step guide for creating WhatsApp Messaging Templates in DialogPay.
Step 1: Log in to DialogPay
Open DialogPay and log in to your account and go to the Dashboard.
Step 2: Select WhatsApp Channel
On the Dashboard, find and click on the WhatsApp Channel you want to use then navigate to the Template Messages section.
Step 3: Add a New Template
Click the Plus (+) button to create a new template and fill in the following details:

Template Name: Choose a name that describes the purpose of the message.

Select Category:
Utility: For reminders, updates, or important notifications.
Marketing: For promotional messages or special offers.
Step 4: Create the Template Content

Header (Optional):
Add an image/video/Text/Docs for your message. -
Body: Write the main content of your message. Use placeholders like {{1}} for dynamic information.

Footer (Optional):
Add a short note at the bottom. -
Buttons (Optional):
Add buttons for quick actions:Quick Reply: A button for users to respond.
URL: A button that links to a website.
Phone Number: A button to call your support team.
Step 5: Submit for Approval

Check your message for any errors or issues.

Click Submit for Approval. DialogPay will send it to WhatsApp for review.

Wait for WhatsApp to approve the template (usually within 24-48 hours).
Step 6: Start Using the Template
Once approved, use the template to send messages to customers.
