Step 3: Add a New Message

Click the Plus (+) button to create a new interactive message.

Step 4: Craft Your Message Content

  1. Header (Optional):
    Add an image/video/Text/Docs for your message.

  2. Body: Write the main content of your message. Use placeholders like {{1}} for dynamic information.

  3. Footer (Optional):
    Add a short note at the bottom.

  4. Buttons
    Add buttons for quick actions.

For CTA URL Messages

  1. Header (Optional):
    Add an Text for your message.

  2. Body: Write the main content of your message. Use placeholders like {{1}} for dynamic information.

  3. Footer (Optional):
    Add a short note at the bottom.

  4. Buttons:
    Add buttons & URL for quick actions:

List Messages

  1. Header (Optional):
    Add an Text for your message.

  2. Body: Write the main content of your message. Use placeholders like {{1}} for dynamic information.

  3. Footer (Optional):
    Add a short note at the bottom.

  4. Buttons:
    Add buttons for quick actions.

  5. List:  Interactive List Messages allow users to select from a list of up to 10 rows per section. You can create up to 10 sections, each with its own title and list of rows.

Location Request Messages

Messages that request the user’s location. Request customers to share their location for delivery or service availability.

Step 5: Add Interactive

Now click on the Add Interactive button to add this message and start using it.
