How to Add Roles in DialogPay

A simple, time-saving process that gives your team a clear framework and with WhatsApp Business API or a WordPress AI chat plugin, unifies communication, payments, and responsibilities.

Step 1: Log in to Your DialogPay Account

Open your DialogPay account using your login credentials. From the main control panel, you can do all the configuration and administration. Once you’ve logged in, you will be ready to begin setting up your team roles.

Step 2: Open the Menu

Click the three horizontal lines (hamburger icon) located in the upper-left-hand corner of the screen. This will bring up the main menu, which allows you to see all of the options available.

Step 3: Click Roles Under Teams and Roles

Scroll down to where it says Teams and Roles. Click on Roles, and you will be directed to the page where you can create, edit, or delete roles for your team.

Step 4: Add a New Role

Click the plus sign (+) button to create a new role. The form will open where you can type in the information you need to create the form

Step 5: Define the Role

Name and description – Name the role and give it a short description so it can be easily identified.

Note: The name of the role must be between four and twenty characters and can include letters, numbers, periods, and underscores. It should begin and end with a letter or a number; it may not end with two periods or underscores in a row.

Step 6: Grant Relevant Permissions

Choose the permissions you want this role to have by clicking the corresponding check boxes.

Step 7: Create the Role

Once it appears correct, you can click on Create. Your new position will now be available to allocate team members to.

Need to clean up? Open up the roles list and select the role you want to remove, and click the small trash can icon present at the top right corner.

Confirm deleting the role by clicking “Proceed”.
