Step-by-Step: How to Sign Up for DialogPay
Before you dive into all the great stuff DialogPay has to offer, you’ll need to set up your account. But no stress, the sign-up process is quick and simple. Just a few easy steps and you’ll be ready to go!
Step 1: Head to the DialogPay Website
Firstly, open up your browser and go to the DialogPay website.
Step 2: Click “Get Started Free”
On the homepage, look for that friendly little button that says “Get Started Free” and give it a click.
Step 3: Type in Your WhatsApp Number
Next, choose your country from the list and type in your WhatsApp number. Just double-check that the number is in the right format. No one likes errors at the start!
You’ll connect your WhatsApp Business number later on to chat with customers, take orders, and even set up automations.
Once everything looks good, hit “Let’s Go” to move forward!
Step 4: Choose Your Country
Next, you’ll need to pick your country from the dropdown list.
Upon registering, an OTP will be directly sent to your WhatsApp for encryption. Make sure that the whatsapp number is accessible Step 5: Add Your Full Name

Step 6: Create a Strong Password

Now it’s time to create a strong password. Here’s what it needs:
- At least 8 characters
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- A number
- A special character (like: !, @, #, etc.)

Step 7: Check WhatsApp for a Code
DialogPay will send you a verification code via WhatsApp. Keep your phone nearby!

Once you’ve got the code, type it in to confirm your number and move forward.
Step 9: Tell Us Your Business Name
Now, let’s add your business name.
This is the name your customers will see when they chat with you — so make sure it’s the one you want them to recognize and remember!
Once you’re happy with it, click “Looks Good” to move on.

You’re almost there!
Now, pick a subdomain that matches your brand something like yourbusiness.dialogpay.com. This is the link you’ll share with customers, so make it simple and easy to remember.
Don’t worry, if you’ve got your own domain (like yourbusiness.com), you can connect it later too!
Once you’ve chosen your domain, just click “Looks Good” to lock it in.
And that’s it — you’re in!
