Setting Up Your DialogPay Profile
Creating your profile is the secret to getting the most out of DialogPay’s features, especially if you’re planning to use tools like WhatsApp customer service bot or install an AI chat widget for website visitors. It’s quick, easy, and lets you leave your mark.
Here’s how you can get your DialogPay profile up and running:
Step 1: Login
Log in to your DialogPay profile through your login details.

Step 2: Go to Profile
Move your cursor towards the left side of your screen and look for three horizontal lines there. Click on them.
From the pop-up menu, select “My Profile.”
Step 3: Add Profile Picture
Upload a profile picture to make your profile more personal and recognizable, a handy step, especially if you’re managing chats via WhatsApp bot for customer service or running AI customer support chatbots.

Step 4: Email Verification
Click on the pen icon in the email section.
Provide your email ID and click on “send code”.

Enter your CNIC number, birth date, and gender to create your profile.
