How to Set Your Business Timings in DialogPay

Think of your business hours as your digital open sign; they let your customers know exactly when it’s the right time to reach out. Setting business timings not only manages expectations but also ensures smoother communication, especially if you’re using AI-Powered Live Chat or WhatsApp Customer Service bots.
Here’s how to set them up step by step:

Step 1: Sign In

Head over to the DialogPay login page and sign in with your credentials.

Step 2: Open the Menu

Tap the three horizontal lines (☰) at the top-left corner of your screen to access the menu.

Step 3: Go to Business Profile

Under the Business Setup section, click on Business Profile.

Step 4: Select Business Timings

On your profile page, tap the Business Timings tile.

Step 5: Personalize Your Availability

By default, your business is shown as available 24/7. To adjust this:

  • Toggle “Is your business open 24/7?” to Off

If you forget to disable this, your business will appear always available even when you’re not.

Step 6: Set Daily Hours

Customize your working hours for each day of the week:

  • Use the clock tool to set opening and closing times.
  • Slide the toggle On for days you’re open.

If the toggle for a day is left off, your business will appear closed even if you actually plan to operate.

Step 7: Save Your Timings

Once your schedule is set, press Save. Your updated business hours will now be reflected across DialogPay.
